WarrantyAll products are warranted by Fowler, as the manufacturer, against defects in materials and workmanship presented to it within sixty (60) days of receipt of the order by the customer. Liability is limited to the replacement of the product which, after the manufacturer's examination, is fouond to be defective, Fowler specifically disclaims liability for any and all consequential damages. It is important that the product be installed and used onlly for those purposes intended by Fowler.
